And if you can respond, please tell me who you are and what's the last thing you remember?

This is Kairi, and the last thing I remember was the seven of us were all fighting against Xehanort. We...weren't doing as well as we'd hoped, and the worlds were falling apart...then I remember a whole lot of darkness, and then I was here.

[It's pretty weird hearing what sounds a lot like her own voice back in her head as well. It's just different enough to distinguish it, though...and also just distinct enough to know it's not Namine.]

Xion...

[But she sounds even more unsure than she does.] You forgot that battle?

When I first woke up here... but things are coming back now. [ Which she is okay with. The last thing she needs is another thing she doesn't know slapping her in the face later, okay? But right now, she's struggling along to keep her thoughts settled and forward. ]

Me and Roxas... I remember we were on the islands. And Axel had split off from us. But then something happened and we were swallowed up by the darkness. I guess... everyone was.

Okay...maybe the rest will come back for all of us, too. [She really hopes so, anyway.]

I know Lea was fighting with us against Xehanort...but now I'm wondering if the darkness reached you before or after it did us.

I don't know. [ Not really helpful, but it's the truth all the same.

Still, if that's the gist of that, well. That leaves... ]

But if the worlds were swallowed up by darkness... where are we?

[ She's had an inkling for a while now. But... a second opinion never hurts. With Lea and quite a few others around, especially... It still doesn't quite make sense, but... ]

Then I guess we're the same. [She's just trying to put things together, but it seems like Xion is even moreso.]

I think we're in Sora's heart. It...feels a lot the same as last time.

Riku and Lea found his platform, too. But he's not there.

[ Well, that's an awkward way to phrase things, Kairi. ...Don't mind the bit of a pause her before Xion, herself, gets her thoughts back in order. ]

...That's what I thought, too. But... How can so many people be... here? [ It doesn't really seem strange that Sora wouldn't be there... especially if they're inside him. ]

I've seen Riku and Lea...and, um, 'talked' to a bunch of others. Some of them are people I recognize, like Tidus...but some I don't at all.

I think there's even worlds here.

Worlds? But how can worlds be here? [ That sounds pretty crazy, even for her. Let's take a moment to ignore how weird the Organization was technically, shall we? ]

I'm not sure. [It's clear from her tone that that part is kind of worrying her, too.] I just know we went looking around, and found some. I don't think it's just a memory of the world either, since there's no people in them.

No one at all? But if they're not a memory, how could... [ No, perhaps it made a little sense. But then it didn't... at all. ] I don't really get it... but. I'm- going to look around. [ There had to be a reason for all this. Of that, she was certain... ]
